Evidence of production

Image
Evidence of production  This photo shows the progress i have made so far, when it comes to editing and how I am editing my shots. I have put black screenshots where shots should be, i have done this so it becomes easier to see what my video will look like and how the structure looks like.   I am currently taking different shots to put into my music video. I have many performative and narrative shots which will be applied into my video I have layered video's on top of each other to show contrast between the two shots but this also becomes part of the performative element.  This shot is very key in the video as it is the point where the boy leaves the girl for someone else. Further into the music video you meet the second girl and see the singer hurt and destroyed.

Logo and Title placement

Image
I will be putting my logo in the right hand corner of the screen and then I will be putting my artist title on the first shot of the whole music video where, there is a close up shot of the artist. I shall be copping the the same style as both of these music videos where they introduce the song at the as time as the artist appears for the first time.

Treatment

Treatment  Draft  Target Audience: My target audience is 16-24 year olds, therefore, I have decided to use a teenage girl and boy to take the role of the protagonist so that my target audience can relate to the story and the emotion within the song.  I will also be using a big variety of editing and camera techniques in order to build up anticipation for the end of the narrative. As a result this will appeal to my target audience as exciting new editing skills will keep them captivated to the video. With the locations I will be using will attract my target audience as they would have experienced all these locations which also makes the audience have a connection with the protagonists as it makes them relative with the song more, these locations will all be based in England and will show the life of a teenager. Location:   I am planning to use about four to three locations in the whole music video: A bedroom, a bathroom, a festival, a ...
